Our Liverpool depot is a supply-only window and door trade counter, so our opening hours are set to suit the trade, with early starts in the morning and a close in the late afternoon. We open our doors at 7:30 AM and operate through the day until 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We are not open at weekends, as the trade is generally not at work. If you have a query outside of these hours, drop us a note through the contact form and we’ll be sure to get straight back to you when we’re in.

No account is necessary to make a purchase — both trade and public are welcome to order and buy over the counter at our Liverpool depot. That said, trade customers may benefit from opening an account; ask the team for details.

The products we supply are manufactured to meet current Building Regulations requirements. Note that compliance certification (e.g. FENSA or CERTASS) relates to installation, so for fitted work you’ll need a registered installer or Building Control sign-off.
